There are many different ways to do it, through meditation, yoga, crystal healing, Reiki as well as spiritual texts, sciptures, teachings etc. Personally, spiritual teacher Eckhart Tolle taught be how to get direct access to source. I recommend his books The Power of Now & A New Earth. Otherwise you can find him on youtube. 🙂
