Was looking for the subroutine instructions and fell on this! Much more similar to AB subroutines, students will find FB more practical I think than Omron sbs, sbn, ret, etc..., thanks!
Nice explain sir.. Little bit confusion is that if I want to some additional iterlock in test-2 program. I want to add only stop bit only test -2 program then ladder program will change for every test program.
Yes, you are right, if you change the function block it would change for all, what you could do is then assign that to the stop bit for the test 2 program and then assign the others to Always On or Always Off Bits so that they act accordingly.
Thanks for the videos.. In your video it means I still need to make ladder diagram before making Function block Is it same from siemens PLC. Im only know about ladder and wanted to Learn about FBD because some company already not using Ladder
Function Blocks and Function Block Diagrams are different to each other, Functiom Blocks are blocks of code that contain a program that we have designed in a language that can be re-used while FBD is a style of programming like Ladder, SCL etc.
You are amazing! I have a question: i am getting multiple errors: too many instances. Followed by a specific function block. I try and change the instances to avoid but the errors just go up. Any idea how to resolve this?
Under compile error it says step at rung (x,x) - instance number exceeds maximum of 2047. Is this related to the same issue or are they two different issues
Very well explained. Very useful and straight forward. Thank you.😃
Thanks a lot!
Wow pls. Dont stop to make a vedio like this is very useful and informative thank you
I will try my best

More to come!
Great video. Well explained. மிக்க நன்றி.
Thanks a lot!
Great video! More Omron videos please.
No problem!
very useful one thanks
Glad it was helpful!

Good Day Sir, can I ask how to use a of Internal word to move a word value to output word? thank you!
Use the MOVE instruction
Hello I’m having trouble configuring a cort21 can bus unit with a cj2h-65eip unit. I’m trying to use a ifm cr2016 I/O module.
Thanks
Would require a proper look at the system!

Also why in some cases is the instance ok button greyed out. Is this cause it's duplicating?
Hi sir
can we able to open test 1 instance and monitor the status of bool bit condition.
Yes we can!
Hi sir
can we use the same FB block instance test 1 for all the motor instead of creating separate instance.
You would use seperate instances as this allows the PLC to store data for each motor in their own areas and not in the same.
I’m having a hard time creating the function block for fins command. I am using a omron cj2h-65-eip with a cort21 can module
Would need a bit more information to possibly help.
thank u ,friend
Thank you too
good frienrd
Thanks!
Still watching in 2024
Thanks, we're looking to putting out some more videos soon, just been super busy
