hey yes theory I'm Daniel I'm from Hawaii and I've been watching your videos for a longtime I wanna meet you guys one day would be a dream hope you see this comment and reach out to me I wanna meet you guys...
To the best of my knowledge, capsule hotels were born in Japan. It’s surprising to know some of them are open and welcome in other countries. Here in Japan, they have been so popular and you can find, especially in Tokyo, some which have a unique and distinctive feature from others. If you have a chance to visit Japan, I want to see a kind of your video , in which you introduce an eccentric feature of a capsule hotel.
I think it might be because if CO2 starts to be replaced by CO (dysfunctional combustion somewhere in the hotel) it is much more dangerous than if oxygen is lacking
I stayed in capsule hotels in Japan before. I usually do all womens capsule hotels, and then they just have a curtain closing the opening so there's more air. I've also done 2 story capsules before, with a tiny little sitting room and an upstairs capsule bed. these also were made of wood / curtain openings and had more air. this Swiss one just seems a little too claustrophobic haha. but still super cute
Bookmarked the capsule hotel! My Oma grew up nearby in the black forest in Germany and my mom and aunt as kids used to make day trips to Luzern and Zurich! We meant to go before covid but are planning for possibly next year! This will be a fun place to stay!
I’m surprised they wouldn’t take the extra step of making them more sound dampening. There was a Shhh… sign on the wall, and you could hear someone snoring so I imagine they could hear you talking as well.
Beautiful video, I was tempted as well by the capsule hotel but then I said, no, and I went for a normal room :) I guess I just wasn't ready for that yes! Lovely city you featured! xx
I was like, oh yeah this Hotel will be a 16hrs drive from me fore sure. Turns out its an hour away from me 🤣 I live in Thun, can highly recommend Thun as well! Lucky you she made you a Raclette ☺️
Great for people who just want to shut themselves away and be private but imo i like hostels where you can meet and speak to people in the room. otherwise looks really cool.
Hey , I'm Sikander I'm new member in your TH-cam family . I know I am late cause you already travelled 197 countries. but it's okey, in India there is a adage (देर आय मगर दुरस्त आय) it means( it is better to get things done late than never.) 😅 Amazing video .🤝 I hope you reply .
I stayed in hostels for many years, mostly to meet others and find out what their plans were. But they got too noisy and unsafe for me and I need some reasonable sleep.I now still stay in them if they have private room accommodations, this capsule sounds like a good solution,I will seek one on my next trip assuming the price is not outrageous.
@Michael R Murphy $70? For that I want a buffet and swimming pool. In Prague where I took a fast bus instead of the slow train,I spent one night in a hostel and had a buffet breakfast for $25.
Switzerland is an expensive place to, so it make sense that it's capsule hotel goes that way. I was looking for some cheap place to go and stay if one day I go to Switzerland, and I see here that it have all I would need if I travel there. You have your space to have your things safe, and it's an small room but with most things you would need. Thinking about your comments, I would consider to go there with ear plugs (those made for people that works in noisy places. I have a pair and they are decent. I think they would work amazingly well there.) and maybe a usb fan (only that I would fear to sleep with it working...I don't know If they can work 8 hours along) ... If not a fan, other usb gadgets may work, for example the usb refrigerator to cool a soda's can if you want.
It's pretty cool that capsule hotels are catching on in other parts of the world. I've first heard about ones in Japan. I definitely would feel rather uneasy staying in one of them mainly due to how small they are. I like the concept though!
I'm working on a trip for my wife & I for our 25th anniversary. I'm looking to travel to Germany in 2024 for Christmas what city should we look into and what sights should we see while there for 7 days?
Hey whats up !!!! Quick question, can we not travel without that travel insurance thing as Americans ?? Hows that work ? do we have to buy that thing every time we travel ?? Thank you soo much !!!!
Woah I stayed there a couple years ago! It was a really cool first capsule hotel experience, and I luckily got to meet a few other nice people who were also staying there :) so interesting seeing what stayed the same vs what changed since i was there
You look flawless. Damn mate, you look amazing. Your video is stunning.❤💯👍 You flaunted everything perfectly. Your looks made my day.....thank you!!!🤩🤩
Think of sleeping in the camps of the city of Al-Ula or the tented camps of Bani Maarid shows in Najran, where endangered animals such as the Arabian oryx and Arabian deer are spread
After checking the price I was a bit disappointed. It's cheaper than a room for sure, but not by so much that I feel like it's worth it. Seems like a cool experience though, so maybe as a one off!
been wanting to try a capsule hotel for so long this one looked awesome!!
Hi there yes theory, now that Ammar has the new passport please visit India again and this time Kerala 🌴🏝 🌳 🛶

Do any serve vegan food?
You're so happy and positive. Its so much fun to watch! Keep it up friend!
Love how yes theory and lex support each other. it's so cute!
Shouldnt it say: “Alarm goes off when Co2 levels are too high?” I guess if it goes too low, it could mean a few other things as well.
had the exact same thought and searched a comment for this…probably just labeled wrong
I was baffled to know in the first place
Hope they programmed it right, and it's only the wrong label 😅
😳
I think it might be because if CO2 starts to be replaced by CO (dysfunctional combustion somewhere in the hotel) it is much more dangerous than if oxygen is lacking
We need more capsule hotels here in the USA, they are great.
They are pretty cool, but honestly I would much rather get a full size hotel room for the same price.
@@Wheelygonzales Tell me where you found a full size hotel room in the centre of Paris for $70
10:17 I can feel thomas vibe in the way u talk these days. Gotta love it
It's actually ridiculous how much you remind me of Thomas whilst just watching you on a video lol

Beautiful city! Also you look like how I pictured Katniss Everdeen while reading the books
Bookmarked the capsule hotel! My Oma grew up nearby in the black forest in Germany and my mom and aunt as kids used to make day trips to Luzern and Zurich! We meant to go before covid but are planning for possibly next year! This will be a fun place to stay!
That was so sweet of her to show you around and invite you home for a meal. Fantastic!
I’ve been there! Great capsule hostel, amazing experience, actually one of the cheapest acommodations in Lucerne.
Wow loved this! Really love the privacy, one of the things I dislike most in hostels is the lack of. Will definitely be trying one soon!!
I love your videos. They make me laught só much with your good humor and Good vibes
I’m surprised they wouldn’t take the extra step of making them more sound dampening. There was a Shhh… sign on the wall, and you could hear someone snoring so I imagine they could hear you talking as well.
Wow, I like that big mirror... You're right, being able to change the light colours would be so cool ^_^
Such a wholesome videoooo! Amazing content, Lexie, as always!
The different facial expressions, i see you spend some time with Thomas.
I'm hooked on the walking tours of any city, always led a local.
FLATOUT FANTASTIC VIDEO! I couldn't wait for the videos of Hawaii and Brazil!😁👍❤
Loved the little oven
Great video lovely Lexie!!! The capsule hotel looks interesting!!! Enjoy Switzerland!!
Staying in a capsule hotel is high up on my bucketlist, this one looks incredible! Also love that you got to see Lucerne with a local!
If they had like space projectors thingy inside it will be awsome ....but still cool though 💗
love how you signed in, would be a great autograph... for your book...
Hello . It's good to see you again ☺️
Enjoy your stay and vacation.
about the "miraculously survived until today" part: the bridge burned down in the 90s and was rebuilt afterwards
That capsule hotel looks actually pretty good! 😍

So KOOOOOLLLL
Love the large common area, different to those capsule hotel in asia countries.
I love your vlogs ❤️❤️❤️
I am remember this video I loved it from last time
Something Wrong at 9:02 .. Alarm sounds when CO2 is TOO LOW ???? Should be when OXYGEN is TOO LOW.. or CO2 is TOO HIGH.. Right???
Great for people who just want to shut themselves away and be private but imo i like hostels where you can meet and speak to people in the room. otherwise looks really cool.
Amazing 😎
Hotel ...amazing

The dehydration would worry me I have to say. Would have to bring a bottle of water in the pod with me

Lovely capsule hostel but I always uncomfortable in closed room but still I would like to try then decide. Great Lexie.💐🇮🇳
I saw you on Mike @Fearlessandfar vlog in Venezuela, so im subscribing. How young are you inday Lexie?

what surprises me a lot is the place of the capsule hotel is deutchland.
I'm working on a trip for my wife & I for our 25th anniversary. I'm looking to travel to Germany in 2024 for Christmas what city should we look into and what sights should we see while there for 7 days?
I gotta get one of those raclette stoves!
Hey whats up !!!! Quick question, can we not travel without that travel insurance thing as Americans ?? Hows that work ? do we have to buy that thing every time we travel ?? Thank you soo much !!!!
Good video lexie !
Very Beautiful👍👍
Wow good views 👌
I thought I know this city and indeed your went to Luzern :-)
That capsule would be awesome for $20. 70 is friggen outrageous, but I guess Switzerland aint cheap.
Woah I stayed there a couple years ago! It was a really cool first capsule hotel experience, and I luckily got to meet a few other nice people who were also staying there :) so interesting seeing what stayed the same vs what changed since i was there

Doors! On a capsule! How novel.
Think of sleeping in the camps of the city of Al-Ula or the tented camps of Bani Maarid shows in Najran, where endangered animals such as the Arabian oryx and Arabian deer are spread
Stayed in a capsule hotel in Japan, an affordable way of travel in otherwise expensive place.
What a cool hotel 😀😊

Lexie your new friend looks like you kind of 🤗

Co2 "too low"? That certainly doesn't build any confidence.
When i travel with my Girlfriend this Thing better be Soundproof 😏❤
You are a beauty 💖

I am glad you shower, but I am afraid to say that I took a shower at that exact same booth and it gave me athlete's foot.
Claustrophobic + door doesn’t open from outside - seems like an issue, no?
Capsule hotels just seem like a weird marketing term for "Hostels".
I'm fond of uplighting but not inside that box.Imao ,It looks depressing
Much love stay safe from the new covid19 virus that is out from Africa region I fear more lockdowns
If you did not set your alarm clock you would have gotten 11 hours of sleep because its so dark.
There is something weird going on with the video if you look at the shadows.
Love your braids 😍 #Indianstyle
What watchtower did you climb in Lucerne?
hey, why dont you make videos with thomas anymore?
You want co2 to be low, but not o2.
