I like lamb. I need to try this recipe. My son & I love salmon. So, I pan sear salmon and make a Parmesan cream sauce with spinach and portobello mushrooms. Do you like salmon? If so, I’d love to see some different recipes for salmon. To include some glazes or sauces to put over the salmon, after it’s seared.
Oh that parm cream sauce sounds delish. I love salmon but I’ve been hooked on turkey and lamb lately lol. I’ll do a salmon recipe soon to combat all this good holiday food 😅
