Playing devil's advocate for the stockfish... Those insects come with the bags from the warehouse, I've seen them directly in those brown bags they come with from Norway or Greenland.
Even in the warehouses they store them before sale.
The best option I've tried (as its almost impossible to get rid of them entirely, they reproduce quickly and their eggs are already in the fish) is to put them in a hot oven for 10 to 15 minutes just before packaging them, of course this hardens the stockfish further which some persons might not appreciate.
Hopefully you can dust most of them off. Sorry about that.

All in all, the cargo was worth it honestly , cause if you were to depend on African stores to get those items in those quantities, you will spend double if not triple of that price.

The peper, crayfish and vegetables..... I believe the measurement are correct because when you grind peper and crayfish they will reduce almost by half. Same with vegetables it will shrink....
So during use a little will go very far. Am so glad you got value for money

You know the quantity of vegetables reduces whrn dried, from my experience. So if the oha is dried, the quantity reduces
