Man, I sincerely want to appreciate your skills. I have also been looking for deconstruction of WondaGurl complex drum patterns, in particular in No Idea and yt algorithms blessed me with such a video. The quality of your videos is superb. You deserve a million subscribers audience 🙏👍
Theres nothing stopping women from doing good in music. Theyd just rather be creative with their makeup than with making beats. Theres probably a thousand makeup tutorial videos for every female producer
This is one of the best videos I've watched in awhile bro! Everything was explained with so much detail and finally someone did a breakdown of no idea.
@@boodastillstanding2636 Yeah you got a point ok I stand corrected lol but the 808 slides was taken from Wondagurl and Eestbound they pretty much mixed the 2 styles together and made NY/UK Drill
After thinking about it for a while, she might be the producer I'd love to work with one day. As a beatmaker myself I admire her dedication to make every track incredibly detailed and other producers I love like Pi'erre and F1lthy, I kinda already based my identity as a producer on lmao
She also produced Big Sean and Eminem’s collab track, “No Favours”. To me she’s in my top 5 producers and by far the best one to come out of Canada. She’s been the mastermind of a lot of big songs and has literally worked with all of the biggest names.
canada got a lot of dope producers to me Wondagurl is no one when it comes to beatmaking but her mixing and mastering are not in Eestbound level Eestbound has the best mixing and mastering Wondagurl & Eestbound used to work together they even worked on travis scott - antidote
I'm a Japanese viewer who loves her beats. I especially like "No Idea and Geez, Wait!" This video is great. I am looking forward to the sequel of this video.
Straight fire brother what brilliant insight into Wondagurl and how producers/songwriters out there can apply such techniques and approaches within their own work! Thank you for educating many and creating thoroughly engaging content!♥️
Bro I’m so glad I stumbled upon this video! I love this kind of in-depth analysis videos about music production. I hope to be as creative as Wondagurl one day, her production skills are amazing! Thank you for your content, really well done
Incredible breakdown! That beat in the end was amazing too🔥🔥 No idea is a goated beat, although I think they messed up the mixing of the track because the kick and 808 sound so compressed. If the kick and 808 were hitting like in your remake I feel like that track would have gotten even more traction.

She’s so underrated. The amount of detail in her production definitely warrants her being in the discussion of top 10 producers
facts man her beats are so so unique it's crazy!
dis guy also underrated, how the hell can u be so focussed 🫡
@@bastarddonthemove for sure got to give credit to the guy who made the vid 👍👍

Amazing video as always Kavan. The quality just keeps skyrocketing.
Facts man she’s an inspiration to us all and thank u my brother!!

Well Production is a very anonymous industry as well so it doesn't matter what you look like your beats just gotta go

She’s always adding a secret sauce to whatever beat she produces 😭😭🔥

@@KavanDignam How you decompiled the beat with such precision, wow never seen that before!
Im still convinced her style actually influenced the whole drill producer scene
i see what u mean bro
Yes because of all of the 808 slides no one wasn't really doing that before her and Eestbound
@@DocKaosBeats u right maybe boi1da but even the hard kicks percussion snarerolls etc. the dark samples too
Hell no DJ L did Lil Herb -gangway is literally the blueprint of what drill sounds like today

facts it's my favourite wondagurl beat
Wondagurl needs a tag. Feel like people would give her music respect if they knew it was her beats
