Sir, can you please tell me the name of the "embroidery attachment" I just bought a used SE625 and to my surprise it did not come with the embroidery attachment.
We tried to look up what the name of the attachment is called but couldn’t find it online. You can try checking the manual to see what it is called there.
This machine is so frustrating for someone used to saw with regular stitching sawing machines. The first annoying thing is that it doesn't just run. I have been trying to make it to work and I have no clue. I hate it!

When mines starts to embroidery it gets stuck in the bottom and it gives me a error also to fix the thread on top
@@JoseA-kl2kq is the machine threaded correctly, also are you using embroidery bobbin thread?
@PATCHBOYDARB I order I guess regular thread and it go thru the fabric and the white sheet and it gets stuck in the bottom of the machine
@PATCHBOYDARB everything is put correct but still tells me retread the upper thread keeps getting loose from the needle

Is there a specific needle needed for embroidery using the model?
We use the standard 75/11 needles or the embroidery gold needles from Joann’s.

Are you just trying to use it for sewing projects? There is a learning curve if you’re trying to switch from sewing to embroidery.
I bought one used and the lady said it needs maintenance but took it home and it didn’t turn on 😮😮😮- now she’s not answering my messages!.
That’s not good. Did it turn on before buying it from the lady? Is the power cord damaged?
