If the purpose of saving money or sending money back to Pi, don’t buy or lease. If you’ve never driven in the PI, don’t expect to learn in the US. You can do practically anything in the PI on the road and so many people don’t get upset with you. Road rage in the USA is very common.

I have friends who learned to drive in the US. They found someone who taught them for a fee. Some learned with the help of other Filipino teachers who drive.

Motor cycle there in the US is not a popular mode of transportation. It's more for hobbies/leisure. That is why motorcycles there are Harleys and not like the ones we have in Asia. :) It is because of the weather. You can't use your motorcycle when winter comes and also getting a license is more difficult if you are driving a motorcycle. Hello Maam. I already have a code 1 (2 wheel vehicle) license here in the PH. Do I need to add restriction code (code 2 for 4 wheels) to be eligible for EPI application and even in obtaining US DL?
