Great video! The one i was looking for for a very long time
I'm glad you liked it! :)
Thanks for the great video and all of the tips. We’re going to Japan in October and really hope to visit this spectacular immersive experience. 💖💝🎆
Thanks for your lovely comment! Even better, the museum has just completed some renovations so the experience will be even better with the upgrades. Have a great trip! ✨
Cool. Thanks for this video. I keep hearing people mention this installation over on Reddit and now I finally know what the heck it is. 🙂
Thanks for watching! Haha, I hope it was a positive reveal 😂
@@currynana Oh, yeah. For sure. This was a good and thorough video. I think it definitely piques people’s interest in visiting here. Well done! 🙂
I had the opportunity to go to Borderless when I was in Tokyo in 2018. I'm sad that it closed as I'm coming back in November this year. It was so utterly amazing, I have never seen anything like it and I was so moved by the experience. Hoping to catch Planets before they close this year!
Apart from the gorgeous artworks, I just enjoyed how it's a playground for both kids and adults where we can all forget about the real world for just a bit. Fingers crossed you can visit it this year and see the new additions too! Thank you for leaving a comment! :)
My best friend, You Great Good... !!! I wish you every day of your development. Best Relaxing +thumb up3!
thank you! for watching! :) 🙏
So beautiful 😍 love from Pakistan 🇵🇰
Hello! Thank you for dropping by and have an amazing one :)
Hello from Austria, thank you for the nice Video. I have checked tickets for September and i am really curious. So is that right, you have only 5 Minutes per room? Thank you
Hello! Thanks for dropping by. No, the 5-minute limit is only for the orchid room but you can go as many times in the room - you would just have to queue again to enter the orchid room. All the other rooms have no time limit. Hope that helps!
@@currynana thank you so much 🙇♂️
Hi currynana! So glad to chance upon your video. We will be in Tokyo this weekend and just wondering, Do we need to book or can we buy tickets onsite?
Hello! Thanks for stopping by! You *can* buy tickets on-site - there's a kiosk - but I recommend buying the tickets online via their official website as they're timed entries. Buying online first will help you plan your trip better juuuuust in case, you get there and the kiosk sells a time slot that's much later then you'll have to wait around. Hope this helps and have an amazing time! :)
what's the best time to go beside morning slot? Also if I go at night is there still light in the orchid room?
I’m not sure about the orchid room but I do know the “eggs” light up so sunset is another good time to go. Tbh you only get 5 mins in the orchid room at one time (meaning you can always Q to enter the orchid room again) so I reckon going when it’s still daylight will get you better photos cos less rushed
Nice! Is the floor and water cold? I’m going soon but I just recovered from’ a cold 😅
Hello! Thanks for dropping by. No, the water is lukewarm so it’s quite comfortable even in cooler weather (I went in early spring). And u can towel off immediately after exiting any water exhibits. The floor wasn’t cold except for the orchid room cos it’s a mirror surface but all in all comfortable :)
@@currynana-.how deep is the water? Is it near your knees? Planning to go with kids but I'm afraid it might go over their knees.
@@donsph hello! For the exhibit with the koi fish projection, it was just around my knees. But I believe they do have alternative routes if you want to skip certain rooms
Google tradutor também 😅 . Ótimo dia!!! (Boa Noite porque estamos a 12h de diferença)
hi, I was wondering if you got a copyright strike in the parts where you used their sounds. I just went there and I'm still debating whether to use their original sound or not...Thanks a lot!
Hello! I was worried about that too hence I used a bgm but for the sounds that do appear in this video, no copyright strikes were made. Hope that helps!
@@currynana thanks a lot for the reply! Yes, I should play it safe and use my own bgm!
Thanks a lot for the reply!
Nice content btw!!
Anytime! Good luck with the edit! @@zanarkandrealms
Can we skip few rooms like the one with knee length water as ai have a 3 year old kid
Yes, you just need to inform the staff and there's usually someone on duty near the entrance/exits of each room. They'll lead you to an alternative path that connects back to the next room.
Since I will go alone, can I bring the tripod into the Teamlab?
Hello! Unfortunately they don’t allow selfie sticks or tripods. A lot of people just ask the other visitors to help take a photo. If not, there’s usually staff at each area who might be able to help you. Have fun!
@@currynana oh thank you so much
Please How much did you for entering this place
Hello! Thanks for watching! I went on a weekday so that’s 3,200 yen. All the info is in the description box :)
Why is it closing?
Hello! They usually run these exhibits for a few years - there was another branch that closed eventually. The good news is that teamLab Planets has been extended again. This time, it’s been extended till end 2027 since they just completed some renovations.
きっフはいくらですか?ありがとうございます
Hello! 👋 週末なら 3,500円 (大人)

@@currynana konnichiwa, we cannot procress the online ticket, it is posible to buy there at the counter or it is online only?
@@jamr1505 konnichiwa! My apologies, I checked the website and prices have increased so it's 3,800 yen for adults. You can buy tickets at the vending machines on-site of the museum but there have been more tourists so there's a chance the time slot you want may be sold out when you get there. You can try going early in the morning to secure your tickets if that helps!
