Vodacom records aka 205's are said to run five years back before they are presumably deleted. Thus 2024 - 5 = 2019 and Senzo was killed in 2014. So there will be no records for 2014 - 2018/9 Hence Adv. Mngomezulu is focusing on the selective request by the state for the 205's of all the people who were in the house on that fateful night... or evening? Unless of course the 205's were requested, but never collected. They'd still be on the system "hold." But in any event, the Pdf will prove that the Excel Spread sheet was tempered with, and is NOT the original document that was submitted to the state by Vodacom. Albeit Judge Ratha seemingly convinced that there was communication between Kelly & accused #3 & 5, based on the Excel Spread sheet.
