    • @Handsthatcook
      @Handsthatcook  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Nikhil....I personally would love the taste of honey butter fried chicken....a problem exists with frying.....the butter burns too easily to use in frying OR coating the chicken with honey and butter....unless you have a super idea on how to ....I'd pass and just drizzle the finished fried chicken in a melted butter and honey mixture. Great question!!! TFW God Bless, Linda

    • @Nikopeekos

      My idea was to double fry the a chicken in oil like normal with the crispy coating, dash a bit of cayenne onto of the chicken after is cooks and then add smother a bit honey butter onto of the fried chicken to serve. I use salted butter....I NEVER use unsalted...it's just not necessary in any recipe even though it may say to use unsalted butter, I use salted. There is 1/4 tsp. of salt in 8 tblsp. of butter (1 stick in USA) 1/4 tsp of salt is not enough to make a difference in any recipe I make or anyone else makes in my opinion. TFW and commenting! thanks so much for this, I've been looking for a nice recipe for honey butter, usually they have way too much honey in them. Question though, how much do you think the consistency would change if you whipped it? and a slight suggestion, if you make a video, you should turn down the tv a little, and don't think I'm trying to be mean or amything, it's just a suggestion.. (I have to add that last bit because if I don't, some people might get 'mad' at me)

I'll try to do better, promise, about the tv. I don't think whipping this will hurt it at all so you go for it!!! TFW and commenting God Bless, Linda

      Yes, you can use an electric mixer but if you use softened butter there is so much less waste using a fork. Evie Ngo You do realize that the definition of dab means literally a small amount of something. The fact that the only meaning of dab to you is that retarded dance move makes me lose faith in humanity.

      Hands That Cook Um there is a trend right now that’s called “Dab”. It’s a type of gesture when you point to a certain direction with your arms and your hair against it. I think that’s why She exclaimed.

    If you use margarine, you get exactly what you deserve. Not to mention a waste of honey.
    Why not try margarine, corn syrup and Coffee Mate along with a pinch of 'no salt' for crap sake. Jeez. Let's just get fake....
