Well Amazon has and one place here called Alternative Mobility has to rent, I did see another location in L.A.
One thing I do like on the Whill is the removable battery I hope the scoozy would have also as I live in a senior apt.
Places maybe purchased elsewhere and reselling? I do have a catalog from Mobility Direct out of Florida, But would
prefer a local dealer for sales and service, this place has a full page ad in their catalog for the FI and the CI2.

Scoozy is a long range product with batteries installed in the producrt. These li-ion batteries are too heavy to lift and therefore not swappable. However you do have a range of 30 or 60 miles with 1 or 2 batteries. We will check the names you mention. Thank you!

There is Whill here so maybe do a joint venture with Scoozy; I like the Whill chair but this is a more personal transportation device with slightly more leg room and non-omnidirectional wheels so cost maybe similar. Maybe a lease only program like Smart had in San Diego. I am 70 and will be giving up driving when my all electric Ioninq lease is up next year. San Diego would make a great test market as infrastructure is turning away from cars. Thanks for replying.

@VedoiUrn wanneer de 4WD uitkomt weten we op dit moment nog niet. Het rijdt echt top! Achter de schermen blijven we door ontwikkelen en we laten af en toe hier iets van zien. Blijf ons volgen!

Not at that price. People with disability aren’t usually rich enough to afford a vehicle just for the countryside. These are too big for shopping in towns and villages. … Madrid perhaps for the minority. Not the majority. Get in the real world boys.

Hi James, regarding your remark on the size of Scoozy: You are right that for smaller shops a foldable scooter is more manouverable. However some people think Scoozy is very large. But did you know that Scoozy is actually the same size or even smaller then most mobility scooters? So you can drive Scoozy anywhere you can also drive a normal mobility scooter. Check out this playlist where Scoozy drives indoors: th-cam.com/play/PLKr716WC1gC1e92rmVeX4AtK_Gnr44Mnj.html and this comparison with other well known brands: th-cam.com/video/CUeF4DLZ_So/w-d-xo.html.
Regarding the price: we understand that we are not reachable for anyone. We started Scoozy with a believe that we can make a better product. We made choices based on improving design, safety and quality. This has as a consequence that we cannot be cheaper then brands that have a different focus. If you are interested you can read more about it in this article: www.scoozy.nl/en_GB/blog/about-scoozy-5/prijs-scoozy-485

James, I recently purchased the first Scoozy in North America, so I have some experience with it. I have to say that it's very inexpensive when compared to the cost of a new higher-end wheelchair. And the latter is a much, much worse tool for getting out and about in the neighbourhood and off the pavement. It's also quite useful in the city, as I'm able to roll right in the side door of my van with it. It is no wider than my power wheelchair, although it is longer. I can get in most elevators and feel equally at home indoors and out. One place where the extra length is problematic is getting on some public transit buses. Trams and trains with ramps present no problem, however.
