Sir, Your elaboration against the captioned topic is extremely interesting and enchanting. However, in India, Bill of Lading is never signed by the Master of the Vessel because of the huge number of the instrument. Again, it is signed by the Steamer Agent's accredited officer appointed in this regard. Thanks & regards,

i have a small doubt rgarding the THROUGH BILL OF LADING , in the case when we are using only AIR as the mode of Transport it should be the Direct B/L since the Through B/L invoves the Multimode transport system as you differentiated rightly . Please help me out here .
