제가 친구들이랑 축구(7대7하는 좀 작은 구장) 하다보면 좀 먼 사이드(공격 기준으로 오른쪽)에서 슈팅을 많이 때리는데 중심을 못잡아서 넘어질때가 좀 많아요... 넘어져서 깁스도 한적이 있는데 중심을 잘잡으려면 어떻게 하는게 좋을까요?(오른발잡이)
디딤발에 힘이 부족하면 잘 넘어지고 다칠 수도 있어요.
코어 운동(대표적으로 전경골근운동)같은 걸 많이 하시면 부상이 적어지실 거에요!
