Hello madam Happy to see many pachadi varieties Pachadi play an important role in our menu and very apt for summer I follow your tip when ever I make onion pachadi I sprinkle some salt and after sometime I squeeze out the excess water and then add curd which gives a creamy texture as you told Tq madam 🧡🧡🧡🧡

@@revathyshanmugamumkavingar2024 you are so kind mam. 🙂 I had this raitha as prasadham along with vegetable pulao in Iskcon temple, Ecr, Chennai long long back. As far as I remember they have used, 1. Yoghurt 2. Fresh green peas - steamed 3. Generous amount of coriander 4. Few Thulasi leaves. 5.salt When I tried at home, Along with the above ingredients, instead of adding steamed peas, I shallow fried fresh green peas in oil for 3 to 4 minutes and made this raitha. I also added few green chillies and it tasted good. This is what I remember mam 😄

Curd, thulasi, green peas combined raitha is also tasty. Try it once mam. I had once in ISKCON and is now a regular raitha dish in my household.
