Fantastic band. I bought their debut in my local Sound Machine store back in '97 for £2 and was totally hooked. Rachel had such a unique and beautiful voice and the rest of the band totally rocked. Sadly it all went nowhere fast and what's so tragic is I've just heard Rachel had passed away. RIP you sweet soul and thank you for the music.
+David Harrison I had a message that I assume was from the band on LastFM some years ago. It said they were recording more material, but I don't recall hearing anything else. The myspace page they linked is a 404. Rachel Morris has some acoustic stuff on YT as Rachel Kyriaki.

That was my armchair! Tony Wilson was sitting in it when I showed him the idea for the record sleeve.
