Hi I have fybrosyst in my left breast for about 7 years. I did a mammo in 2013. A few months ago from now, late June 2020 to be exact, I did an ultrasound and it turned out that they are stable 5mm, not growing but are still here. Recently they started to be annoying and hurting , like heating especially during the ovulation days and the first days of my period. I have 2 kids. It wasn't easy to be pregnant and I took lots of hormonal treatments before pregnancy. Also I have like 3 or 4 days before my period with just brown stains and then I the fifth day I have my cycle starting. I need your help and advice please. Thanks in advance

PCOS and fibrocystic breasts can certainly occur together. The hormonal imbalance needs to be addressed but I prefer to do that naturally. I don't like the use of synthetic hormones which can create long-term issues later. It's very difficult for me to make suggestions when I can't examine you. Some general good things for the breasts is natural, not synthetic, progesterone, but I don't know if that's an option for you. Dietetically speaking, removing all dairy products from any animal and removing meat from the diet can help to lower the testosterone levels. There's a lot more I could do if you could visit, but again, not sure if that's an option. Natural treatments do work. Perhaps you can find someone closer to you in the field of Functional Medicine? Let me know how it goes.
im mam have axillerry breast tissue both of my armfit and also have fybrocyst in my left breast and axillery lymph node in left armfit ..doctor said its benign
That's good that it's benign, most fibrocystic tissue is, but that doesn't mean optimal health for the breast tissue and if you experience discomfort then that's worth addressing as well. Where do you live?

I recommend avoiding the milk of mammals. It has hormones that are not beneficial.
