  • After a few days of playing, here are my initial thoughts and feelings.
All footage shown in the video was released as promo material by Nintendo and is therefore not my own.

Lets see what the algorithm give me today.
That sure is some extremely expensive sounding recording equipment in proportion to the subscriber count of this channel. So I can't help but being curious about how much that cost you and would love it if you could tell me more about that decision.
However, after listening to the whole video I do think you deserve a lot more views, and it makes me a bit sad that this kind of quality gets this little exposure.
To be helpful I will give some criticism. It's not at all clear which of the footage is from trailers and which are your own gameplay, because the visuals of the video don't really match the narration at all. For all I know the footage is just 100% from promo material and none of it is recorded by yourself. It just seems like completely random gameplay video with completely random voiceover. A better way to show your thoughts would be if you went out of your way to match bits of footage with what you're actually discussing at the time. And if you can't record gameplay for some reason you need to include some original material in the form of a talking head or animation.

I appreciate you watching the video, and am glad to hear you enjoyed it.
First, my "recording equipment" is just a Blue Yeti. I got kind of tired of recording into my phone or headset microphone, so I decided to upgrade in hopes that it would bring in more viewers. Given its relatively affordable pricepoint, I'm quite pleased with the quality of the audio.
Second, I definitely understand your criticisms. Making this video was a "spur-of-the-moment" type decision, and I kind of haphazardly threw it together in a single morning. All footage is entirely promotional material to help keep things spoiler-free, though in retrospect it definitely would have been better to line things up with the voiceover as you suggested. I will definitely keep that in mind for next time!
