Lisa Eldridge's foundation is my gold standard for a sensitive skin-friendly, transfer-resistant, long-wear foundation. I can't wait for her concealer, which hopefully is a full-coverage concealer to spot conceal; there are enough under-eye concealers at Sephora. She said it would come out next year. ER Nutty by nature is so cute! The shimmers are doing the most: a taupe-to-green shimmer with taupe mattes and a gold-to-rust-red shimmer with sunflower-color mattes. I'd love to wear it :D
Hey Cara! I'm at the point now that if I buy more makeup....I have to also declutter some things, SMH. So, I better be sure I really want it! Mario and Patrick Ta have caught my eye, but I'll be passing. I''ll be getting the Chanel quad, ND Roxa, and Huda Icy.
I’ve realized when I buy the 18 pan Huda palettes I only end up wearing 3-4 of the shades consistently. Someone needs to slap my hand away from that Mario palette though, I absolutely do not need it but hoo boy is it singing its siren song 😂
Mister Patrick's $50 duo are a pass for me. They do look beautiful, but even in my small-ish collection I have something with that finish inside my Huda Empowered palette, Blend Bunny All Done up, and Kaleidos Cold Brew. I don't wear them often because they are so showstopping. Gonna skip on the moira. I have two of their previous eyeshadow sticks and they are borderline garbage. Maybe to line cupids bow or highlight the brow its ok, but not on the eyes.
Something I realized with the natasha denona I need a nude palette is that it really is a different kind of formula. Even more different than her other already different formulas she does. Idk what exactly it is about it but in real natural lighting it makes your eyes look “nude”. Not the color nude. But like naked nude and glossy in the best way. I pretty much never love my look when I’m in front of the mirror. When I’m out in the wild(😂) tho I get tons of compliments and I LOVE my eyes. It just doesn’t behave and give me the same results with doing the same techniques I normally do. Even tho I’m doing the same thing anyway, it’s not instantly what I think it is gonna be. I also always think Natasha Denona shadows, not just this palette wear better and different the longer you wear them. anyway all that to say you should try it again! It’s a great palette for the vibes you’ve been saying your into these days. I would try doing one of the peachier shades and a couple of the shimmers to make your lids look glossy.
Definitely the cool tones with ethereal lights and complimentary accents for holidays. ND Roxa is Lila's sister with some pizazz. Triochrome is Roxa's cousin. I wonder how her purples in Roxa compares to the purples in Lila, Triochrome, Circo Loco, Love and Purple Blue Palette. The Pinks compared to Pastel and Tropic. One thing for sure, Natasha makes her palettes fun. I would love to see all her purples from her collection in a custom palette. Huda Icy Nudes palette would look perfect for eye play date with Rose Quartz or her Matte Obsessions in those cool tones. I like her large palettes. Perhaps she is going Midi and Mini? Eye pots or sticks? It is ethereal holiday and winter moments. I feel some brands are reflecting the next level of iconic products in their lineups. Does it seems so? What do we think about Laura Mercier Winter Wonderment Eye Palette? It looks cool and ethereal. Twilight shadow looks pretty. OK this palette's She's a 10 by Dose of Colors look beautiful and glam. I can get down with this!

I asked about the RdF orbs but I missed getting to respond. I LOVE RdF, but I agree they're expensive, so I'm not sure which to buy. The colors are so similar, for the ones I'm interest in, that I'm decision paralyzed. I'll get one. But one. I know theyll smudge, and I'm okay with that.
I need to see swatches of the blush and lipstick from Wicked Widow. I could be persuaded to pick up some things. I was tempted by the Mario palette but I have several other cool toned palettes with similar color stories that were less than $63. Made by Mitchell is so chaotic and overwhelming with their releases. Maybe that will be the new brand I try in 2025; Ensley Reign got that spot in 2024. Im a perfume stan but gourmand fragrances aren’t my favorite so thankfully I'm safe from most releases. I'm pretty sure I'll pick up the Huda palette during the Sephora sale.
