Teyana just needs a better team around her. People that are efficient and are just as passionate about their jobs, as she is about her career and storytelling. She often has to repeat herself and people are real lax about things that are important and time sensitive. If she's constantly saying that she cant wear 20 hats, that means her team isnt on point. If that means you have to fire friends and family, so be it. Keep firing until you find the BEST of the best.

I so love Teyana. *She's in her own lane.* I remember first seeing her on My Sweet 16 on MTV. Her mom has been holding it down from day one. I love their relationship. *Seeing how far she has come as a person and an artist is so inspiring.* She doesn't get as much recognition as she deserves. Watching all the way from South Africa. What she thinks wasn't perfect enough is what a lot of artists this side would call a success. What sis just did is a lot of people's dream. So big ups sis, I really enjoyed this from start to end. And one thing I learnt from it is to go for all you dream of with just what you have.

“Get me a stool” and the man bringing the stand while she is performing shouldn’t happen. This has happened to the best artists and she deserves to be happy at the end of her show. I’m not sure her mom is the best person to be running things backstage either. This woman is nothing short of incredible and she deserves a team that is superb.

Great SHOW. It is part of the process. It takes time and a lot of FIRING to build the best tight team who HEAR YOU when you express your vision. So many elements while SHE is the ONLY ONE doing EVERYTHING and her name is on the marquee. A lot of work. job well done under the pressure and time restraints.
A team needs to be devoted and want to see you grow and be the best you can be. Ciara and Beyonce have great teams.
