New to the RC buggy....and Brushless motors. Is it a good idea to add a cooling fin to the motor? Notice those are on most brushed motor RC's - IF they really work/help or not?

Is there a reason u couldnt keep the car straight? It looked all over the road which shouldnt be the case with such a low powered RC on 2s lipo? Wondering if the radio/receiver is just such poor quality that they don't have consistent "finite" control ability? Looking at buying Ona these but if the control of it is just crap, it ruins the fun of driving it. What do you think, or anyone that has one?

For the price you can not go wrong with the hbx 16889 or this SG1601, both are great little trucks that have good power on and off road, all they really need to make em even better is buy some cheap aftermarket oil filled shocks! thanks for watching Michael
I bought the hbx about a month ago and put it through hell. I eventually snapped the head off the screw for one of the rear wheels. Now i cant i find the parts, can someone tell me where to go? I can't even determine what part number it is from the owners manual

Hi SG 1601 have a plastic Drive Shaft with sreew on wheels is it posible to swap it for Metal Drive shaft ? I didnt find it nowhere ,any idea plz ?

Hi Dave yes the cooling fins or heat sinks do help draw heat from the motor
