Sadly, there is not a talent for decreasing the CD of "Dragonrage", however, there's "Onyx Legacy" for decreasing the CD of "Deep Breath". It's only used in the Tindral for breaking your route every stage.
Devastation looks good, i mean really really good.With new trinket combos, weapon from Broodkeeper etc. its safe to say its pretty op.But the existence of Augmentation will still lead the Devastation being C tier.

@@Gwnlescot Is the brood staff better then the lego? i assumed the lego at max ilvl would still be better
@@Xeno037 I've tried Kharnalex this dg because i wondered the overall damage of it. In the long term, legendary's output is better.
