For guys that can’t find this setting and are on a laptop, it’s probably that your iGPU is handling that part of your display, but you can remedy this once you connect your laptop to an external monitor and by only showing display 2, this happens due to Optimus meaning your dedicated gpu is still passing iGPU on your laptop display.

Change it to nvidia then il have display options in control panel and performance boost in all games and desktop browsing that's it.

I have the same problem please tell me if you find out how to fix it
@@lordsiroy
Well, to make it short...there is no solution, I watched many tutorials but nothing worked, but I understood why, As in my case I have a Ryzen AMD powered laptop, which is banning any other software to edit the video display or colours, so I gave up and edited the display through the AMD program
Ofcourse no matter how u edit through the iGPU control panel it won't give u the same outcome like nvidia's display quality, but it is what it is.
I'm sorry, I wish I could help.
By the way, if u have a case like this and u can't bypass the iGPU which taking control of the display exclusively, then try this solution that I made, I connected the laptop with my smart TV through HDMI, and in this case u can have better display since the outcome display will be throughout ur nvidia card, but still won't allow u to have a display option in the nvidia control panel.

For those who still dont have the NVIDIA Control Panel - I believe we can't get it because Windows Updates broke many apps from the computer. In my case, all of Microsoft's apps simply do not open anymore, and because the Control Panel is downloaded from the Microsoft Store, the app simply is not installed during the drivers' installation shown in the video. Can anyone confirm this? Go to your start menu and try to open Microsoft Store, or other Microsoft Apps. Nothing is working.

I guess the latest driver borked Nvidia control panel for me. This bugs me because I know for a fact that a few months ago I was able to see the different plugged cables and ports just like normal and I was able to serial connect my monitors for use as one big monitor. But now, all I can see is physx in a sort of speech bubble pointing at the GPU I have, nothing else. I tried doing everything in this video but nothing worked. (PC, windows 10, 2x active screens with HDMI ports on the GPU and one VGA to the integrated graphics on the motherboard)

GUYS. what fixed is for me was 1:40 making sure the middle nvidia one was automatic

If you are on a gaming laptop. They often use the integrated APU for desktop and web browsing and only activates your dedicated gpu during gaming, also meaning when you open the control panel from desktop you are not using your dedicated GPU at that time, so go to device manager and disable your intel or amd integrated graphics will also free up space on your CPU. So win win.
