Looking yummy😋.....what is the difference between chicken pulav and chicken biryani?
Pulav means we mix all together rice & chicken...biryani means we prepare it into layers.first chicken layer on that rice layer.

In my knowlegde.. Whatever cup, we take rice.. With that only we measure water.. There r measuring cups available in the market. We can use them till we get familiar with these measurement..
For one cup of basmati rice ur water measurement has to be 1.5... if ur using other rice make it 2 cups of water for 1 cup of rice..
For normal rice how many glass water required for one glass rice

Bro chala simple adi....using Olive, eggs , Garlic and mustard seeds/pasta, Black pepper powder, Salt , Lemon, sugar(optional)... process enti anta....Mix lo Eggs,garlic, mustard seeds,salt, lemon, pepper powder add chesi... gradually olive oil add cheyali slowly while grinding all these ingredients untill u get good consistency.
Note: Don't use Cooking Oil to Mayonnaise 🙏🤮
