My dental regime is as follows: first I floss, then I use an electric brush, Philips Sonicare Diamond with Marvis Mint toothpaste, then those small intradental brushes, then manual brushing with soft TePe brush and Apagard Premio toothpaste and finally two mouthwashes, Oroxid (with O2), which I only use in the morning, and Rin-Su (from the same brand as Apagard Premio) in the evening, amazing mouthwash, btw.. I brush after every meal. The results have been spectacular, not only have I had no cavities for years now, but my dental technician is impressed by how little plaque she has to clean, there's almost none so she's done cleaning and polishing my teeth in 10-15 minutes.
I went to the dentist yesterday 3/16 and they found 2 surface one (small cavities) and one in observation in forming. I just got this toothpaste today 3/17 and have my next appointment in approximately one month. We will see if this toothpaste will possibly cover my cavities and will be following some advice such as not rising the mouth after brushing
@@Saulgoodmanman it’s kinda weird but I feel like the toothpaste has filled in some cracks on my teeth that are like brown (I go to the dentist every month for my braces checkup and do the 6 month checkup so I know for sure that they aren’t cavities) and I feel like it has also left that super clean feeling!

On a regular daily basis, I would rinse afterwards because you don't want to swallow toothpaste accidentally. However, if you were specifically trying to reverse cavities, you can try not rinsing afterwards.

quick question, can you use both fluoride toothpaste and hydroxyapatite toothpaste? Like one day you use the fluoride toothpaste, and the other day you use hydroxyapatite toothpaste?
You can use both at the same time, I’ve read in articles from dentists that do recommend nano hydroxyapatite and also fluoride both together it is basically one of the best ways to really remineralize and protect your teeth from cavities as your using both and getting the benefits of both, each has their specific functions but both together really is the best, I use the Carifree brand, they are amazing their tooth gels have 15% nano hydroxyapatite and standard .24 percent fluoride together in one formula so you are getting both of what you need from each mineral, Carifree also has a fluoride free gel as well but I personally like to use the one with fluoride so I know I’m getting the best remineralization and protection at the same time! You can definitely use both however way you want to use either way! I use my Carifree gel toothpaste with the hydroxyapatite first brush in the morning then at night I will actually use a prescription strength toothpaste my dentist prescribed me Colgate Prevident along with the Carifree gel that’s fluoride free with hydroxyapatite so I can get the best results it has helped my teeth a lot since doing this for about a year so far! Carifree is an expensive brand but it’s definitely worth it! And you can buy it on Amazon as well! It’s also developed by dentist! Sorry for the long reply, I hope the info I gave you helps!
Ive seen you review a bunch toothpastes and ive been looking into a hydroxyapatite tooth paste to remineraliz and reverse some small cavities Whicb tooth paste is best in your opinion for this?
But why on earth they added these harsh toxin chemical ingredients to it. We all know by far they have the best higher % of the nano nydroxyapatite 1. **Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS)**: A surfactant that helps create foam. It can be irritating to some people's gums and oral tissues, especially with frequent use. Some prefer to avoid it due to potential irritation or sensitivity issues. 2. **PEG-8 (Polyethylene Glycol)**: Used as a solvent and to increase the spreadability of the product. While generally considered safe, some people prefer to avoid PEGs due to concerns about potential contaminants and their impact on skin and health. 3. **Sodium Saccharin**: An artificial sweetener. While considered safe in low concentrations, some people prefer natural sweeteners and avoid synthetic ones.
