I like the video but did you know you are showing pro argin from Colgate in the pic not stannous fluoride, which kind of work the same. Buy blocking the holes. Hypodroxy Aappetite is what your enable is made of again this can block the holes over a longtime. Pro argin is temporary fills the holes but works fast.

My dental regime is as follows: first I floss, then I use an electric brush, Philips Sonicare Diamond with Marvis Mint toothpaste, then those small intradental brushes, then manual brushing with soft TePe brush and Apagard Premio toothpaste and finally two mouthwashes, Oroxid (with O2), which I only use in the morning, and Rin-Su (from the same brand as Apagard Premio) in the evening, amazing mouthwash, btw.. I brush after every meal. The results have been spectacular, not only have I had no cavities for years now, but my dental technician is impressed by how little plaque she has to clean, there's almost none so she's done cleaning and polishing my teeth in 10-15 minutes.

This happened to me today fell right off but since its healed it didn’t hurt and there was no bleeding so I washed my hands got some hand sanitizer for my hands and carefully screwed it back in and its not moving thank god

I went with BL3 and honestly,I think B1 or A1 would have been a better choice,BL3 is not too bad but you will stand out since it an unnatural white,B1 is the whitest natural color you can get and you still be better then 99 of people with normal teeth that’s my two cents 😅

I have BL3 and at first i didn’t like them I thought they were ridiculously white but now having them after a few days I’ve got used to it not so bad but if I had to redo them, I would get B1 instead which is the naturalist white you can get thats good enough😅

Another thing I noticed on the tube is a warning not to use this product for more than four weeks without consulting your dentist. I compared the ingredients to a regular tube of Colgate Total with "24-Hour Antibacterial Protection" and the types and amounts of fluoride appeared to be the same, but again it had a warning not to use more than four weeks unless recommended by a dentist. That latter product cost considerably less for a much larger tube.
