yes it happens when you change your mattress immediately so you need to give atleast 1 month for wakefit ortho mattress to adjust with your body weight.

Bought the very expensive mattress and used for two days and got very bad neck and back pain. Customer service of the brand is pathetic. The duropedic mattress is sure to make one an orthopedic patient. Had used Kurlon Spinekare for more than 12 years , wanted to change it and bought this one! Very expensive mistake (30 K)
Wakefit Pathetic company never delivers on time at time of delivery it always shows as delivery delayed due to unforceen circumstances. Company is not serious about customer service.
