Excellent review. We're loving our 25 Denali acadia and agree that the biggest negative is the sound of the engine when accelerating. Otherwise, the car is wisper quite. By the way, the lower right of the infomant screen is the gate/garage door opening section.
I rented a new Acadia Elevation & didn’t like the big center display. I like my 2024 Chevrolet Traverse infotainment screen way better but that’s just me! Thanks.
Good luck getting all the “campers” in the left (passing) lane to move over. Unfortunately these idiots NEVER move out of the left lane, at least here n FLORIDA! You can’t fix stupid. Great review, thanks.
Anyone watching this, avoid this car at all costs. I was tempted by the look and tech - transmission failed at 700 miles, parts are backordered indefinitely and GMC WILL NOT give you a comparable loaner - you'll be driving your family around in a Chevy Malibu. Stay far far away from GM products.
Sorry that you have had a bad experience. Backordered parts on new vehicles are not uncommon. We had friends who bought a brand new Honda Civic years ago and couldn't get a replacement windshield for a long time due to the production ramping up to meet the demand of vehicle production vs. aftermarket windshields.
@@GTGarageTalkyeah, that is true, but the customer service has been abysmal. We were out of state with my pregnant wife and baby, you’d think you’d get a comparable car because it was their faulty car - but nope! We had to figure out how to fit everyone and everything into a Chevy Malibu for the 5 hour drive home. Now I need to wait 3 more weeks to file for a lemon law claim- the whole thing has been very unfortunate and disappointing
@@randywilliams5042when you drop 65k on a car and the transmission fails at 700 miles, you get a comparable loaner car, no questions asked. I’m coming from owning Acuras for the last 11 years and any time I’d take the car in, they’d give me a loaner of the exact same car. GM doesn’t have the same level of customer care. And they have one of the lowest reliability ratings - I knew this going in but decided to give it a chance - I learned the hard way unfortunately

Those empty spaces on the 15-inch screen program your home link. Garage doors
Nice catch!
The 2.5 will do better on 0-60 without being brake torqued.
👍🏼
2025 GMC Acadia vs 2025 Nissan PathFinder, which one would you take?
Hands down the GMC.

We are driving a 2025 Traverse right now. Video to come.
@GTGarageTalk look forward to that, thanks.
Great review. May I suggest more clear enunciation.

I know, so frustrating.

So, in the history of car companies, GM is the only one that has transmission trouble? You could get a rental car and submit the bill to GM.

@fisch2332 You're right about the loaner car. Put transmission problems can come from all car companies Rolls-Royce to a Ford.
Put a V6 in it and hide the rear wiper and I’ll buy one
Come on GM start hiding the rear wiper up top like the Yukon, it looks cheap they way it is
