To help you when you get ported and you think they are hunting you is quickly open your map ping your location and then reposition somewhere over looking that and around that area, because the first thing they are going to do is ping that same location as well and they're going to try and push it or position an angle on that ping, so you need to do the same in response if possible.

Jammers and transmitters are underused as a defence to ports... if more players used them in encounters it would really help defeat the sweats!!!

That's why I like this game because unlike other games especially encounters you got to earn a kill.
Completely agree, the pacing and tactical approach is very rewarding when you execute successfully. I’m a huge fan of this game and game style!
I like to drop transmitters when I'm ported and reposition with a view covering it. Wouldn't believe the amount of outlanders that stop moving to destroy my transmitter giving a free head shot.
Ha nice! That’s a solid tactic to because I know I’m personally guilty of it. Not the porting spamming but my inner looter can take my finger off the X button regardless if it’s searching for metal parts or destroying a transmitter. Thx for watching!
I like to add a contact bomb or two as the transmitter noise helps muffle the intolerable hiss of the contact bomb!

That’s awesome I appreciate you watching and subscribing! Truly! There are a ton of dangerous outlanders out there, and jealous definitely one of them. But hopefully with some of the tips we provide you too can engage those players and let tactics lead you to a successful extraction!
Witch Season portal plan?
Kinda threw me off when you mentioned how you reported the two guys who were teaming up? Idk how you were able to make that judgment just off this short encounter with them.
There has been a very decent amount of occasions when I was in a position, where I was just in a fight with someone.
I killed them, and I waited before I went to search his loot.
And doing that came another player who was hiding in a bush.
He had a Machine gun of some sort.
And as he fired on me I ran for cover. I got behind cover and on the side of the field was another player who was initially shooting at me also with a Sniper of some sort.
As I’m ducking from the guy with the MG,
Trying to hide from the sniper as well.
The MG guy got up and was starting to push and was shooting at me still, and soon as he would stop the sniper would start to try and pick off shots at me.
We’ll long story short,
I remained in cover the whole time and as the MG guy closed in just when he was literally like in a few arms reach away beginning to come around the barriers I used for cover,
It was just like a movie.
The moment I was about to stand up and fire, that sniper guy picked him off with a head shot,
And as soon as he shot that dude, I leaned out, and was able to headshot the sniper.
Sometime it’s better to team up on the person you thinks more likely to lose or team up with the person you thinks harder to kill.
I was behind cover so it was harder to kill me,
It woulda been easy to kill him in the open.
So he waited till he felt his time was about to end then took the shot.
Cause if he could have killed me im sure he woulda killed the MG next after.
There for using us to his advantage and in the end both of us would be killed and be a less threat to him.
I’ve done this myself so many times and I think it’s just the nature of free for all combat with a fire fight consisting of more than 2 people.
Oh definitely not everyone is teaming and it can absolutely happen organically. Some of the b roll footage was suspicious and at the time it was the height of teaming being an issue in the game. But can’t ever really truly know without the server side view that the developers have. But I’m not big on reporting every little thing but in this case I felt I saw to atleast ask a dev to take a second look.
I can understand why Ports are so rare and alo special issue. Idk how rare getting the plan is,I know 1 of the BP had it I believe. But they're 10k resources a piece, maybe if they knocked the rarity down a little bit (they use to be purple.) and maybe make them 7,500 material to craft. They have ports lootable on the map which is nice the military trucks, locked container, time safe I believe, all have a chance for them to have Ports, maybe even the blue locked chests too possibly too. So maybe just boost the chance % that they are there, (exception being the Military Truck since I think those already always have them, since people call them 'Port truck' lol.
I could also be advocating for chaos, if we make ports a whole lot more accessible than the game will probably become a lot less slower paced of a game and end up becoming COD Search and destroy 😂.
TLDR: Either make Ports a very little bit cheaper and the plan&parts more accessible to everyone ;;; Make them incredibly difficult, super rare and extremely expensive making the plan more difficult for those who don't have it yet (Probably not a good design decision IMO.)

Once you start upgrading your shelter the cost to craft them goes down. It’s 6,500 rn for me to make one at 19 min
Yeah I’m at like 4500 or something now for plates, ports, etc. Still have over a 100 of each and 400,000 materials. And a certain point loot just unfortunately count for as much as it did in the beginning.
It says in the rules of vigor there's nothing wrong with teaming.....
Hmm, I haven’t seen that before. I’ve seen where they say to team up with four friends for elimination mode. But not where they said to go into solo encounters and team up.
Ultimately it’s a personal choice, play the game as intended or find exploits that the devs can’t patch out for an advantage over the other players in a round. I’m not judging either way, no one ever said the outlands where meant to be fair or just. It’s post the apocalypse after all. Stay safe out there outlander!!
It seems like some people will hunt you down even if they have to use all their PSD's just to catch a guy with a pistol and food 😂

I don’t think I like portables because it creates a very unfair advantage for players who don’t have portables in their stash. 😮
At the same time not having them and getting ported makes a player want to grind up to unlock that ability. It’s a catch 22 but honestly I’m not a huge fan of them. It shouldn’t be craft able or able to brought in/exited with. Just the main signal detector and maybe one as loot that is use it or lose it would have been perfect. And kept the integrity of the game loop intact.
Just found channel. Game is thin on channels that bring useful tips. I never knew by continuously moving ot actually effects the game ability to track you. 👍

Old game is not interesting
Unfortunately this genre is still small. PvP survival with lite RPG elements. But it’s also why the Vigor community is so passionate about it. A couple of other games are in the works with Division Heartlands, Warzone DMZ, the day before. Which we will definitely be covering but Vigor to date is the only one that has garnered our undivided attention to date. More to come though and appreciate you watching! Why be negative Storm? I find this game very interesting and entertaining, as do a lot of others as well. In life unfortunately not everything is going to be hand tailored specifically for your wants and needs. If this isn't your type of content that's fine, don't be negative. Watch some of the other videos or wait till he uploads something different that you are into.
