[TAS] Celeste.smc "any%" in

An amazing Kaizo Light hack by MarkAlarm which implements a lot of Celeste mechanics, most notably a very fast dash and wall jumps. Unsurprisingly, the dash's ability to give Mario 63 speed within 1 frame leads to rather erratic optimal movement.
