This verdict is ridiculous how can anyone tolerate that level of noise night and day dogs barking parrot.making noise plus he is playing guitar and singing and the landlord agreed with him the verdict is ridiculous

What kind of justice is this??? They made the atmosphere inhabitable for her. And they end up winning the case. Ofcourse the landlord would take side of that cockatoo because otherwise he would leave. The plaintiff has already left. So, why would landlord take side of her. Why we need a judge? Here landlord is the only judge.

What channel it is for fake judges
Bro moved into an apartment with two big dogs and a loud bird. He’s singing loud, playing guitar loud, smoke detector going off - an absolute nuisance, yet the plaintiff gets the lecture about homeownership? She’s the ideal tenant. The defendant is the one who needs a house, or better yet, a farm.
And the plaintiff probably needs a lover to help her make her own noise and forget about what’s happening in the defendant’s place. 😈
