If ecological validity is about how accurately the findings from the research generalise to real life, Bandura's reseach could be argued to lack ecological validity firstly, because the use of a Bobo doll was novel activity (unseen before by the children - see Cumberatch 1997). Secondly, the situation that Bandura created with the child and the adult was arguably unlike real life because there was no interaction between the child and the adult at any point. Hope that helps.
