I drove an electric Peugeot 106 a few years back. They were one of the first mainstream car available as electric in the UK. Don't think the petrol versions used VW engines though. Peugeot and Citroen shared their own engines. French cars are cool. I've owned a Citroën BX, Renault 5 and a Peugeot 3008, all diesel. All great to own.
really like your hooking up with these other companies. keep it up kind sir . small coastal town ships could use these small trucks. here you can drive quad's on the road. yea. get one small town to bite. puts the toe in the door. do them real good and it's on. man they will fit in most park pathway's.
Peugeot 106 GTI S16 is not cheap right now. I don't think there is a GTi S16 on £500.00 I got mine in Japan years ago, $3,800.- CIF Car is a lot of fun, it is really fast and simple to drive. Mine was the Quicksilver just like this one, had to let it go cheap cause no one wanted it and parts in my country are really difficult to get The one that you have here on the video is the Rally edition because of the wheels. They go for around $10k + if you get them with low mileage in Japan. This car looks really good. Drive it you'll love it. DOHC, 16v, 108 Hp. It has 4 airbags.
First we have so many Peugeot 106s in the uk there everywhere for cheap I suggest u have a look at the older 106s there alot more box like Peugeot is a big brand in the uk and also love the vids keep em coming ❤
This isn't a vehicle suggestion, Nick, but a question/request when you get to Japan, and that would be to ascertain availability of covers for KEI vans in particular to keep the nasties (rain, snow, sun) off the vans when parked at our own WBTF annex garages. 😊
"Purr Joe" is correct for english pronunciation My fascination with Peugeot cars started with the original Taxi movies (the French ones, not the horrible American remake) starring Samy Naceri
clean spec cars are always a good buck. little things with bright paint jobs will sell. and parts are easyer to get. "print" dad bod garage. hint hint. i mean you fire it up and walk away. hour later you got a wiggit.
myself, i would right down every ones name that had certain parts that were hard to get. tail lights on tri five chevy's was al was a money maker. like your cup holders.
No Nick you said Peugeot correct the 1st time its not pushut or all of Great Britain & Australia are saying it wrong & we have had a Peugeot 207 in the family for the last 15 years.
Don't be fooled into thinking its a range toper Nick its not a 106 GTi as it doesn't have the double twin exhaust Gti stitched seats Gti steering wheel or any GTi badges & its certainly not a Rallye as it doesn't have the dashboard body colour stripes anywhere. Its a bogo basic £500 car in the UK its done 143,000 miles its a £200 trade in car. If you want a RHD car get 1 from the UK or Australia they weren't sold in Japan.
Its the opposite side & the 106 was imported from France, David or the owner replied to me the other day as i said why is it left hand drive why didn't they import it from the UK been a RHD market. I was told we imported from France, if it was a Rallye they are worth a fortune in the UK but its not they have Rallye embossed into the Dashboard &:Rallye on the seats .The weight to Ratio of the Rallye is unreal. My daughters is the the newer version.

So I’m assuming they’re great cars
Peugeot = Peh-zjo
The flag was the British not french
