This was my first of your videos Bill told me to watch, so I don't know if you did one on video. Retirement age brings medical problems so medical infrastructure is very important as well as cost of living which you emphasize very well

Thanks for sharing this video. I think I would build my own home as the fittings and layout wouldn't work for me. Also, being next to a school would be annoying. Would love to see a finca with a pool and mountain views if you happen to stumble by one. Keep up the good work
Actually the school is OK. That was an assembly. It's usually quiet. But thanks I'm getting ready to interview a Hardware store owner about building houses.

It's so beautiful...so much greenery and beautiful mountains....so affordable....is there central conditioning/heat, or is it needed in that climate....I have allergies and sinus problems....so I can't be too hot.
The most AC anyone has is usually a fan or 2. Some of more upscale places might have AC but it is very expensive to operate.

Hi Geno : I have some video critique for you. You give a lot of info but sometimes not the pertinent stuff like what town are you in at the moment ? Video quality is acceptable but please slow down and "pan" of the rooms. You went to the kitchen but not in it. A picture IS worth a 1000 words as they say. I am glad I found you because the little lady and I are looking to maybe settle down in Columbia as this her birth place (Bucaramanga). We will be there between 6/10 and 8/10/2022. Keep the video's coming !!!
