Amazing quality here as this is the clearest that I've ever heard this theme outside of watching the show on TV. Just a beautiful piano piece in the beginning as it made me tear up as I started thinking about Rebecca Shaeffer.
WONDERFUL! Thank you so much from Italy. My sister Sam was and still is my favorite tv comedy show ever! It has been aired twice also in our Country. THANK YOU!
Great call on Jill Colucci singing the AFV theme. She was also the original singer on the famous "I love what you do for me Toyota" jingle in the early 90s.
@@brentmann2988 In addition, Grammy nominated singer/songwriter Jill Colucci also did TV/radio commercials as well as serving herself as a vocalist for numerous features starting with Disney's Taps. Her TV credits include Miami Vice, Designing Women, One on One, Girlfriends, The Game, numerous movies of the week among others. She also travels around the world singing and performing events - performing arts centers, theatres, house concerts and churches are among her favorite venues. She also enjoys speaking at workshops & special events too.

No offense to you, but the lady singing on this *particular* cut of the track is, in fact, Jill Colucci. She handled the vocals for Steve Dorff's album, "Steve Dorff & Friends".

This version was taken from the Steve Dorff and Friends album. It was commercially released. The one from the show was sung by Kim Carnes.
This makes me sad thinking about Becky’s sweet face. RIP, Beautiful 🥰❤️🥰
this song is so hard to get out of your head you know.

Omg. Rebecca shaffer. RIP Beautiful lady.
If either Lifetime or FX does a biopic on Rebecca Schaeffer, which actress should play her?

How or where can I find that CD? I'm pretty intrigued, to say the least
It's on an album called "Growing Pains and other TV Themes" by Steve Dorff & Friends. Reprise released it in the 90s. eBay has copies for sure.
