Could you please provide a video how on how to use this? The instructions are very vague and while it came with a training voucher I am unable to get to you. I set the time and temp, it heats up but when the required temp is achieved it starts beeping and won't stop. If I press anything to stop it the temp doesn't remain where I set it but starts climbing. A step by step video would help the customers who are not able to get to your training.

Hi, i just want to know if you made the step by step video already? I received an instructions manual but I dont have a dvd (who still uses it these days lol) and a laptop without a cd rom. my best friend is now the internet. Pls help?? or is the instruction manual perhaps on your site?
