I did my pre identification and it says successful but i just received an email saying i didn’t do pre identification and won’t be allowed to take the entrance exam 😭 please what can i do? Their system was acting up but i finally did it.
Good morning house, I need clarification, my husband is worried that it will raise an eyebrow if he uses a sponsor and still declare that he has a wife and two kids, during his residence permit application. His concern is that will they not think that he is too old to have a sponsor, since he is already a family man. Please I need you input on this, thank you

I am facing difficulty in pre identification.i receive mail from study info and followed the link provided in email....and enter the same passport number and pin as same mentioned in my application.....but the system is showing it invalid. Anyone else facing the same problem?.or someone can help me that what should I do?
It’s happening to me too. After putting my correct passport number and pin, it’s still telling me error. Maybe they are having problem in their system. I pray it comes up tomorrow cos we have just few days to complete it.
