Love this collection…great way stretching the boarders…flamingos are so detailed and adorable…awesome pages…now why don’t I have this vellum which you had another great idea using Kraft behind it…after looking at these gorgeous pages I think i would double mat these pages in white & pink to make the page a 12x12…so so pretty. Thanks for bringing us back to where we started “Scrapbooking” and Using our Stashes of awesome stuff…I really have to get movin’…maybe a great gift for my daughter’s 30th…1 to finish a book for her and 2 to document her amazing life and all her Journeys. Thank You so much Vianney for all of your inspiration and ideas…and also my Great Nieces are going to have a great time making these friendship bracelets…they are in Poway US in New York 😢 so this will be great for them to do on the plane when visiting or while on the Softball field…🩷🌸🩷
Oh I bet so many subscribers have this collection, such a great idea for "craft your stash". It's perfect for a Hawaiian vacation. That layout looks wonderful and it's a great picture! Those are great flamingos. I add hats to them 😂 there's a hat in SB's Sunday Drive - the Halloween add on. It's the skeleton's hat. It's a perfect fit for them. I agree CC used to really pay attention to detail. Then they changed.
I love how you made your paper stretch to make the borders. This is such a cute layout. I only have part of this collection so I guess I didn't buy the whole thing. I don't have the small flamingo dies and the some of the flower dies. I haven't even opened half the the collection. I just I was just hoarding it. Time to use it now. I did have the 12x12 paper pad and the 6x6 pad as well. The paper is beautiful. Got to break it out.
I have that tropical collection and had not thought about it. I don't even have to look for it as I know exactly where it is. You are inspiring me to do some layouts!
Oh so happy you’re using this cuz I just found my collection the other day. Love this one. I too have the smaller paper and think I’ll use a 12x12 solid paper and maybe see what it looks like or you can stamp around the edges and you can make some pattern paper. Can’t wait to see what you do 🩷🌸🩷
I’m with you on the journaling thing. I was so happy when my son was doing basketball in high school and college because the papers did all the journaling for me. Now I’m on my own hoping a picture is worth a thousand words 😂
Cute! I have the same 6x6 paper pad and only a few of the stamp and die elements as I bought during a CC clearance. These will mix well with the May Spellbinder's club kit. I was just recently thinking of using the paper to make a Hawaiian shirt shaped card for a male friend's birthday...so need to see if I can find a shirt shape in Cricut Design space. By the way, didn't you "hear" me telling you that the small piece on the left border looked different because it seemed like the pattern was horizontal instead of vertical? 🤣 Of course you covered it beautifully !💜
