Glad you're enjoying it. re: It being hard to find As far as I know, the game may be going to retail (or should at least be available from Titan Forge Games), but it isn't yet as it's still delivering to backers. The 2nd Wave is due to deliver conversion material to let you play the monsters and characters of the original Lobotomy in Lobotomy 2: Manhunt. There are sets including the required minis (for if you don't have Lobotomy) and a total of 19 new nightmare Scenarios featuring the Lobotomy monsters.
