I don't think that Eren changed the actual time line in AOT. Obviously, he influenced some events like Grisha's stealing of founding titan or his mother's death. But those events were also inevitable, Grisha was already there to kill the Royal Royal family and as Eren's mother's leg was crushed at the time of titan invasion, her death also inevitable. Eren just influenced the events so that they would happen the same way as they are need to be happened. "Even is all of this was set in stone from the start"- Eren monologue ch 130. After having the power of the founding titan Eren realises the coexistence of the future present and past. He just followed a predestined path until the very end.
