Any offence of a person on a temporary visa should result in cancellation of that visa and deportation. ABF is a joke. These imports are not Australian citizens so domestic law doesn’t/ shouldn’t apply to them.

Higgins and Wilkinson were captured on tape plotting to help bring down the government by attacking Senator Reynolds in the Estimates hearings as Higgins said that the witnesses were under oath. Higgins suggested using Albanese or Katy Gallagher to attack senator Reynolds. The hearing , Gallagher attacked Senator Reynolds in such a vicious manner, senator Reynolds collapsed onto the floor in Parliament.

I am all for forgiveness for those who have repented of their crimes but these people have broken more laws by entering Australia in ways that are illegal because they knew they would not be given refufe under our policy guidelines. In that we now have people who have committed possible and probable horrendous crimes and they have free run in our communities. I am concerned about the 20+ in Qld, Qlders deserve to know where these people are just like they deserve to know where other abhorent types of criminals have been relocated within their communities. Keep up the pressure Senator Patterson.🇦🇺❤️‍🔥

I’m horrified by how glib these public servants are, and the disregard for the safety of Australians. .
We are talking about people who should NOT be in this country in the first place.
We are paying for these criminals, and they shouldn’t be here in the first place.
To suggest that we should look at the circumstances of each case is outrageous.
Those crimes are indeed serious, especially for the majority of Australians are law abiding citizens.
Evidently, we need to change the laws.
What is the ALP doing about this?

Why are the border force hesitant about placing electronic monitoring on murderer's?
Any murderer hesitant in having an electronic monitor would without a doubt offend again.
Even one murderer not having an electronic monitor is a risk to the community let alone less than 5...
The Australian public needs to be assured of their safety and prevention of murderer's to re offend.

Police and board obligated to follow the mandate of crimminal and judicial system in place - yes! Well done police for stating that you are absolutely bound to the law!!!
And if they went outside of that, the criminals would then be able to sue for unfair judicial procedure, be fully freed, reimbursed by tax payer for criminal and judicial negligence, and then further with suing under such again!
Point the police had said; "we cannot say "in a public setting" to identify persons that would then be hunted down...
and it is the governments overall negligence to communicate among parties to re-address the actual laws and policies that they themselves made and allowed over the decades of corrupt negilegence of managering governance.... meanwhile the senator is simply trying to politicially force this particular inquiry, to have police blatantly state that it was the prime minsters signature on the bottom... as he has been all over every commercial media platform saying, as well as promoting himself for the next election!
How about you actually access the chanels of infomation from the parliment your apart of, actually introduce change by challenging and removing the corrupt dealers in canberra...
Instead of propping up them playing the same chest beating ego games senator.... i love the challenges and critical thinking... but make the changes in parliment rather than wasting peoples time doing their jobs underfunded, underskilled, undermaned, and with more and more media frenzied reactionary guestures as albo does...??

And then we have Murry Watt minister for certain things telling us they are keeping Australians safe by their (Labours) actions. So according to Murry there's a conflict of "lawful and law" between the government and the justice system. Aren't these criminals on visas? Therefore back to their country of origin they go!!!!
