Thanks for doing this, I love this band so much and this is one of my favorite songs of theirs. It was fun to watch your reaction and you picked up on a few things I hadn't noticed after years of listening .
*** Thank you Todd *** Be'lakor... yes, pronounced Bell-a-core. That's all I know about them though. Lol I just listen to all of their music, but have never looked up their info. **** I love their music **** Can't wait for their 5th album on the 29th of this month.
I recommend you listen to their first Album 'The Frail Tide' Listen to their first song from that album, Neither Shape nor Shadow. Then follow the other Albums chronologically
I think the head is medusa's head from greek mythology. The album title (I think) Stone's Reach probably refers to Medusa in some way as her gaze turned people to stone (petrified). I have never heard a song from these guys. Neat band, not a huge fan of the singer yet. Impressive musicianship and I really enjoyed the ending of the song, very cool.
The phrase "Stone's reach" refers to literally how the work of a carved, sculpted stone stands the test of time, while the sculptor does not. This is the "reach" of the sculptor's hand in time. I thought it was pretty obvious in the album lyrics at least.
Awesome band, thanks for doing this reaction!!
masterpiece team, thks for your reaction:)
The album cover is a statue of Theseus holding the severed head of Medusa.
Yup that last scream was chilling.. and those damn beautiful guitar duets!

These guys are from Melbourne Australia. Their last album Vessels is brilliant. Give The smoke of many fires a go.
