You just discovered the best F* band ever, these guys just make masterpiece work ever since their second album, so you can pick almost any song and they are going to put you in a amazing journey, "An Ember's Arc", "Hidden Window", "Abeyance", "Aspect"... I just feel bad for living in the other side of the world from this band so any chance to see they live its almost 0%.

And until recently, there were only, like, 3 clips of them on the entire internets. I remember always listening to them with a small depression knowing the odds of them making it to the US were slim to none.
Be'lakor is one of a kind. Screams that hit you in the feels, haunting guitar harmonies, drumming that gets you going in the right places.. Can't wait to see them next fall when they finally come to Finland! You just discovered a criminally underrated band, a hidden gem :) Great reaction, glad you found them!

you should do a deep dive on these guys, I've listened to their entire discography multiple times over and they are one of exactly 2 bands for me that I can listen to every song of every album and not feel the need to skip something

Be'lakor ( Bell-a-core) has a lot of good music that I think you'd enjoy. Their most recent album is, 'Coherence', so if you want to do anything from that album I think you'd like Hidden Window.

💚🥳 my favorite band. You are in for a treat! Every song is at least good, and most are wonderful. The last two albums have been concept albums and have offical lyric videos. In fact Vessels has a video for Every Song. It would be quite a journey to just get comfy, have water & snacks handy and experience the whole album and the story it tells in one sitting. But maybe that only sounds awesome in retrospect, as someone who already knows it. 😅🤷♀️ maybe it's enough to watch song 2, An Ember's Arc, then the final song, The Smoke Of Many Fires. By then you should be hooked enough that eh, just choose at random. I keep wanting to reccommend 'just one more' -it's just all of them🤷♀️. Go forth and Enjoy.🤘
Hi Lia! Thank you so much for the suggestions. I have done a handful of songs by them (this was my first video featuring them) and each one has been absolutely amazing. Totally engaging, very interesting, and the music is so emotive and creative for this genre. I am gonna do more by them very soon.

I also discovered Be'Lakor recently, they stand out from other death metal. You should also check out 'Beyond Creation' - Earthborn Evolution. Go for the video it shows them playing.

Have heard of this band, but never really gave them a shot. I really like it, going to check out more by them. they sound kinda like late 90s Opeth with modern production, not quite as brilliant though =)
Agree, no one in my opinion is as brilliant as Opeth.

sounds just like Amon Amarth
I dont think that they sound like anything from melodeath or "Power Metal-ish" bands, like Amon Amarth, Amorphis, Insomnium, etc, i see they as an "Opeth" with more Melodic lines and without the Clean Vocals but dont sticking too much in the same riff.
