Not a Lawyer but I am getting really tired of this parade of witnesses that come and testify for 30 minutes giving us the condensed version of everything from fingerprints, bleach, DNA, etc..... then after all that, we see the purpose of what they are there for and find out they found no DNA, no bleach, no prints, no blood, that the dead human scent could be 1,000 years old but no evidence found, the flip flops were not hers........I am with the Defence attorney's sarcastic comment that they shipped the Latent print expert all the way from VA to say she didn't find anything. I think having the lead investigator testifying that the items they sent to the lab did not reveal anything and then move-on.......

@@jocbt I totally agree! They could have answered three or four questions…. did you examine the item, did you find evidence (hair, finger prints, etc.), did you process that evidence, and what was your conclusion? That’s it! We don’t need a lesson on how to process hair and fiber evidence. Complete with slides! The prosecutor is one of the better I’ve seen, but man am I ever tired of hearing ummm, uhh, ummm before and after and every sentence in between! If this were a jury trial, I might could understand giving a BRIEF explanation of how evidence is processed and ruled on.

none of the testimony from Andrea or DL is credible. He said she, Andrea, was with them when she was killed. She originally never said anything about him being with the the girl at 3am yet now she says was sick to her stomach upon seeing it? Why didn't Breasia run away while she was outside the car in the parking lot? Why would he let her get out of the car and stand around while he goes inside to presumably get the weapon(s) to murder her with? It takes a lot longer to walk around the building and into the parking lot than looking out the Bedroom window after he leaves. I find it very weird that she wasn't watching out the BR window when he left......only seeing him driving away. What would you do? I know that as-soon-as that front door closed, I'd walk the 20' into the bedroom and look out the window. Seems a little suspicious to me.
