Okay, so this is 7 years old, but I want to say that I can see how you won the competition. I agree.
1. You had a very consistent pulse, though it fluctuating a little but not too much.
2. You were consistent with your ictus points.
3. Your technique and hand clarity was good, especially for the faster tempo (I'm guessing around 180)
4. You had great confidence
5. Your musicality was very well executed.
One thing that I think you would have had to work on was your rebound consistency and making sure each beat is falling to the ictus at an equal manner. I highly disagree with people saying that your pattern wasn't clear. You could have used a simpler pattern, but you got the job done anyway. Just because it eas a more concert band approach doesn't mean it wasn't clear.

I have Drum Major Auditions in approximately 2 weeks and I can't even tell what pattern she is conducting.
