How to make wood threads.

Thread box. This was one of the early methods of making wood threads before machines came along. Around 2000 years ago threads were cut into rods by hand with a chisel. Sounds pretty tedious. Luckily the thread box was invented later on. I have scoured the internet and it seems like it has been almost forgotten. There is very little information written on it. I did my best with what research I found and proceeded to make several ones until I made one that worked. The cool thing about it is that you can use the same method for different sizes.
