Usually transcript will have a joing date and end date mentioned in it.. College must have your dates with them.. Please try to contact the college once. Because they will issue a new transcript copy along with qualification form
Hello i completed my B. Sc Nursing from Maharashtra and works in Kerala without a Kerala registration as the hospital accepts parent registration and doesn't need kerala registration. So which one should i apply from Maharashtra council? good standing or foreign verification?
Good standing from Maharashtra registration council.. But you need a valid proof to establish you can work with out a valid kerala registration in kerala..
I have studied in karnataka, but never worked in that state. Work experience in Tamil Nadu, do I need foreign varification from both state or not , kindly reply.

Hi Good standing certificates from previous employer (M. E) is mandatory or not. pls let me know as currently working in Kerala. Also transcript, qualification form and syllabus signing dates require same date or not
If you are showing previous experiance, need to submit experiance form from all mentioned hospital and also the good standing certificate from registration councils of all areas you worked.

Syllabus is mandatory... Experiance you may show as a gap.. If not possible to sgow that 5 years...

Do you have the transcript format?
Trancript is being issued from college... Each college has there own format. Just ask them to add detailed report.
