Today I decided to take on the task of EATING THE DIET OF MY 10 YEAR OLD SISTER FOR THE DAY. My little sister, Sophie has a rather interesting diet.. rather typical of a 10 year old I guess lol. Lots of cheese, pasta and sweets AHAA (aka my worst nightmare). Watch me take on the 24 hour challenge of eating foods I hate HAHA. ENJOY.

I’m so confused, at one point you said you don’t like eating anything with no nutritional value but you sounded in awe when your mum mentioned waffles with cream, maple syrup etc (not hating btw, just wondered whether you treat yourself once a week or not?)
She likes the taste of the food she just likes the food in her diet to be healthy. If it was healthier she would probably eat that
@Regards from Hell She clearly has a HEALTHY relationship with food. She eats well, she just doesn't eat crap. Waffles with strawberries and cream isnt a single chocolate crepe
Plus nutrition = energy. Again, a single crepe will not give you that - Strawberries and cream (protein) actually will
@Regards from Hell Right I totally get what you mean by ED's, but swapping out cereal for avocado toast or something for breakfast is going to be way more beneficial. If you cut out unhealthy foods, you replace them with healthier options. Instead of a fruit roll up for a snack an apple etc
