Great review. Thanks for sharing. Often, other reviewers miss that personal touch in their reviews, which you covered perfectly in this review, covering the little nick knacks and nuances that an individual family owner would cover.
Seat massagers are also an included feature with exec package. If you build an X7 online you can see what all is included in each package. I just traded my 2019 X5 50i w exec package and went to the 2025 X7 40i w exec package. I have seat massagers in both vehicles. Executive package includes: soft-close automatic doors, electric rear side window shade, glass controls, gesture, control, front seat massagers, sky lounge led roof.
I dont understand - you have said its the 2025 X7 in the year 2024. What does this mean ? Is there a new iteration coming out in 2025 ? or are you saying the 2025 iteration is available in 2024 ? Nice review by the way
Oh. It’s not reliable at all, less than 2000 miles and I had to turn my 2025 in for a faulty turbo charger (they think) it took almost a week just to hear back from BMW NA (whatever that is) just to get permission to work on it, and they still haven’t started the work or figured out what the problem is, it’s been over a week now. Reliable my ass.
Sorry to hear that. Haven’t had any experiences like that personally hope that it it gets fixed soon. If you financed BMW FS should pause your payment if the car is down for more than 30-45 days.
More electronics often means less reliability. Statistics do show that BMW quality has improved slightly in the last couple of years. Meanwhile Mercedes and VAG group (excluding Porsche) reliability has declined, according to several reliability surveys.

Thank you so much for such a nice comment. Happy to help!
This was a great review. I appreciate the suggestions, very helpful.
Thank you ❤️
This was great review keep going one of the better ones seems honest and very knowledgeable. Quick question are crystal headlight worth it
Very subjective. Do they look extremely cool yes, is it worth a g note for some sparkly glass imo no.
You can get the seat massagers. You have to have the executive package.
Exec pack and seat massage isn’t correlated. It’s a 1k standalone option. Exec pack adds sky lounge, crystal shifter and interior components & heated and cooled cup holders.

@@CarJuiceYT Thank you, I hope it won't be down that long, but as of today they still haven't started working on it.
