THANK YOU for showing us the inner workings of your shop. Absolutely fascinating! . Your obvious love for all things piano shines through. Around every corner there’s yet another worker with a different role. I kept thinking you must move a lot of pianos to make this payroll! I would buy a piano from you in a skinny minute to support it all!
Your shop never fails to impress and, even though I live almost 2000 miles from Utah, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a piano from you. You’re not one foot in and one foot out… you’re all in which is hard to find these days in the piano world. That said, if I’m ever in a position to buy my dream piano (a Petrof 130 or taller upright) I’m calling you first. Cheers, peace, love & crawfish from the Mississippi Gulf Coast. 😎✌️🦞
Very cool tour! Great meeting some of the tech crew and sampling from each department. Everything performed in house is most amazing... even the electroplating. You guys rock! -Jay
I’ve got to say as a 21 yr old female tech I love how much diversity you have in your shop, it blows my mind you are able to do all of this in Utah! Proves location doesn’t matter if you do good work
Brigham Larson Pianos never fail to impress by the quality of its services and variety of models in display. Every news tour means learning and enjoyment.
Your overhead must be enormous. How far you have come in 25+ years. The economy is horrible since Biden got in. Between COVID and the Biden Administration my small piano business died in the MidWest. Several music stores have closed here in the city I live in within the last 8 years. Your doing all the right things in regards to preserving American Piano history with all your restorations regardless of its tier position for original factory quality. Times have changed and the younger generation is not appreciating the traditional acoustic piano. You have the piano business I had only dreamed of, (just not that big.) Hope you can hang on to your amazing piano store. Good luck Mr. Larson.
You're a special guy, Brig. I think a Beethoven piece would've sounded better on that Steinway you played at the end.😉 Instead of using razor blades to cut bushing cloth, try a sharp small chisel and push against the cauls.
Thanks Vince. I was asked to give a presentation at the piano industry convention in Las Vegas next week. I was asked to tell my story. I have several slides dedicated to you as my piano tech mentor.

It’s an amazing place to work at❤
It can be said that Utah is the piano capitol of the world.
Very enjoyable to see so much restoration being done, and employees who seem very dedicated and enjoying their work accomplishments.
I like that the Erard and S&S have stayed together since the original video way back when.
